2nd GWSP Asia Network Workshop
“Global water system hotspots in Asia region: mega cities and dams"

On June 8-11 2006 the second meeting of the GWSP Asia Network took place in Guangzhou, China. The main goals of the workshop were to summarize the existing state of knowledge on current cumulative impacts of mega cities and that of dams in Asia and to set and launch a research agenda for mega cities and dams in Asia in the context of the global water system.
